About this translation
This is a translation of the original Italian text, provided for convenience. In case of any difference between this translation and the Italian version, the Italian version prevails.
The service
Omega (https://play.omegasuite.it) provides, free of charge, accounts, social features and a homebrew Store for consoles on which the user has lawfully installed third-party software. It is operated by [to be completed]. Omega is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Sony Interactive Entertainment. "PlayStation" and "PS5" are trademarks of their respective owners.
Use at your own risk
The service and the homebrew in the Store are provided as is. Installing unofficial software may cause malfunctions, data loss or the loss of the console's warranty, and is at your own risk. Homebrew are works of their respective authors, under their own licenses.
What is not allowed
Publishing or sharing content you do not have the rights to — in particular copies of commercial games or software, links to pirated material, tools to circumvent their protections for piracy purposes —, malware or dangerous files, unlawful or offensive content or content inciting hatred, spam, using other people's accounts or attempting to compromise their security.
Publishing in the Store
By publishing you declare that you are the author of the homebrew or that its license allows its redistribution, and that the link leads to the stated file without harmful modifications. You authorize us to display the name, description and images in the Store. The files remain on the site you indicate: Omega hosts only their listing.
Personal library
The library is for organizing and reinstalling backups of titles you lawfully own, for personal use. Do not use it to share copies with others: the files stay where you keep them and Omega does not host them.
Reports and moderation
You can report a homebrew or a comment from the Store (Options → Report) or by writing to [to be completed]. We review reports and may hide or remove content and suspend or close accounts that violate these terms; content with multiple reports is hidden pending review.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of homebrew or from the unavailability of the service, which may change or be discontinued. The mandatory protections provided for consumers remain unaffected.
Changes and governing law
If the terms change, we will ask you again in the app. Italian law applies.
